Mostly because I find it super annoying. But other, more legitimate reasons are:

1. Because putting “Here’s why” makes your article instantly sound like click-bait
2. Because putting why in front makes your sentence more easily understandable as a question
3. Because it’s more succinct and simpler
4. Because it sounds more human
